What’s Eligible for Return or Part Replacement?
If the item delivered is in a damaged condition, (e.g., damage, chip-off/scratch/peel-off), if the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape or color) from the item image on our website or if the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing, customers can choose not to return the item, but instead, request a carpenter from Paperwood to fix the damages or we will replace the part/component under warranty terms.
10 Days Returnable
Paperwood Product is eligible for refund, within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.
You can return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.
We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund.

- To raise a return request, you should click 3-4 clear photographs of the item along with damaged parts & Invoice copy. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
- 1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible & also mark damaged part’s details on AGL (assembly guidelines) hard copy.
- The image file size should not exceed 5 MB

Note: Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture, are not defects. Evaluate and Pick-Up
- Once we receive the damaged part’s images, Spacewood Resolution team will connect with you within 24 working hours.
- The return requests are evaluated by the Spacewood Resolution team and a technician visit may be scheduled (as required). Please note that the resolution will be provided basis the technician’s evaluation report.
- Return pick-up of product will be scheduled basis the evaluation of the technician and your subsequent interaction with our Spacewood Customer Support representative.
- Please return the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
- A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the courier partner from the correct shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.
What’s NOT Eligible for Return?
Relocation – After an item has been delivered to you, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly etc. please note that Paperwood will not be responsible for any damage to the product.
Damages due to misuse, tampering, natural calamity, negligence, unauthorized usage, continuous contact of water are not eligible.
Mode of Refund Payment
Once the order is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location & received at Paperwood facility as per your initial payment mode.
